Delivery and returns

•  Customers are required to inspect the order upon delivery in the presence of the courier.
• If the product is not accepted at delivery, it may be returned immediately with the courier, and shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
•  Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper washing are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To request a return, Please contact us through any of our channels.
• Once your refund is accepted, we’ll arrange to pick-up the item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
• Please inspect your order upon delivery. Refused items are returned at customer’s courier cost.

• سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – MEE (Royal Kids Wear)

• يُرجى من العملاء معاينة الطلب جيدًا عند الاستلام وفي حضور مندوب الشحن.
• في حال عدم قبول المنتج عند الاستلام، يمكن إرجاعه فورًا مع مندوب الشحن، مع تحمّل العميل كامل مصاريف الشحن.
• يُسمح بطلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال مدة أقصاها 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يشترط أن تكون المنتجات غير مستخدمة، غير مغسولة، وبحالتها الأصلية مع وجود جميع البطاقات (Tags) المرفقة.
• لا يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في حال تعرض المنتج للتلف نتيجة سوء الاستخدام أو الغسيل غير الصحيح.
• لطلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، يُرجى التواصل معنا من خلال أي من قنوات التواصل المتاحة.
• بعد الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، سيتم التنسيق لاستلام المنتج من العميل، مع العلم أنه لا يتم رد مصاريف الشحن.

يرجى معاينة الطلب عند الاستلام. في حالة الرفض يتحمل العميل مصاريف الشحن.
